Carolyn Harvey has been creating, designing and decorating original cakes in West Sussex for approximately 18 years. She has won various awards in a variety of competitions. Her Gold and Trophy winning Hydrangea Wedding Cake from the 2007 Brighton Exhibition is viewable in the Wedding gallery. Following her initial college training, she has continued to develop her skills with highly regarded sugarcraft experts.

Carolyn is a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild and a BSG accredited demonstrator .As well as creating cakes, she is passionate about helping others to enjoy sugarcraft – whether they are complete beginners or wish to further develop their skills. She has a broad experience of teaching and training and is qualified to Certificate of Education level. She has demonstrated and taught sugarcraft nationally and internationally, most recently in Holland at Planet Cake and “I love Cake” in Rotterdam and in America at ICES.

From November 2007 Carolyn is offering a range of courses at her Crawley address, near Gatwick Airport, see the class button for details. 1:1 sessions can also be arranged to suit your individual needs. She will also be teaching at Cake Design, Ifield Road, Charlwood
